FAQ
Good questions.
What's included in a package?
Everything on the porch and everything it took to get there: the pumpkins, specialty varieties, minis, gourds, and hay bales, plus delivery and the styling itself. One flat price, no surprises at the door.
Where do you deliver?
We serve Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, Coppell, Keller, Flower Mound, Trophy Club, Westlake, and North Richland Hills. A little outside that? Ask. We take nearby porches case by case, depending on drive time.
When should I book?
Late August and September fill first, and we close the calendar once the season's roughly 40 install slots are gone. Book by September 15 for a free mini pumpkin upgrade and first pick of dates.
When do installs happen?
Most installs happen on weekends from late September through October. Tell us your preferred window when you book and we'll confirm your date by email.
Do I need to be home?
No. If we can reach your front porch, we can style it while you're out.
How long does the display last?
These are real pumpkins, so Texas weather gets a vote. We choose hardy varieties and place them to last; a cool fall carries a display toward Thanksgiving, while a hot spell shortens things. Whole, unbruised pumpkins in shade hold up best.
Can you take it down after the season?
Yes. End-of-season removal is available as an add-on. Mention it when you book and we'll confirm the price with your date.
Can I ask for a certain look?
Tell us in the booking notes. More whites and sages, classic orange, extra minis for little hands, no hay: we'll style to your porch and your taste.
What if my porch is tiny? Or huge?
Pumpkin Pop is sized for stoops and townhome entries; Grand Gathering fills wide porches and double doors. If you're not sure, email a photo of your porch and we'll recommend a size.
